Myelofibrose:
Risikostratifizierung und Prognose

Für die Myelofibrose existiert keine klassische Einteilung in Krankheitsstadien. Zur Wahl der geeigneten Therapie und einer Abschätzung der Prognose können verschiedene Scores zum Einsatz kommen, darunter:

In beiden Scores werden jeweils in fünf Kategorien Punkte vergeben, wobei sich die Scores nur in der Wichtung des Hämoglobinwertes unterscheiden. Anhand der Einteilung in Prognosegruppen ist eine Abschätzung der Prognose möglich. Auch für die Wahl der Therapie spielt die Risikogruppe eine Rolle.Cervantes F, Dupriez B, Pereira A, et al. Aus der Summe der Punkte kann dann eine Einteilung in vier Prognosegruppen erfolgen.
